Method
Winn’s currently offers domestic shipping for all 50 states in the US using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We also offer a free in-store pickup option at our brick and mortar in Tivoli, NY.
While we do not currently offer international shipping, feel free to contact us at help@winnstivoli.com for any requests outside of the continental US.

Disclaimer
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped once submitted. We aim to fulfill all orders within 48 hours of purchase.
Winn’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once an order has been shipped. In the case of a lost or damaged order, please contact the shipping service provider to file a claim.
Returns
Winn’s offers returns for online purchases of full price items within 14 days of receiving your order. You may return your full priced product(s) for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Condition: Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags and packaging attached in sellable condition.
Methods: Online orders may be returned in-store at our retail location at 63 Broadway, Tivoli, NY 12583, or using the instructions listed below.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact help@winnstivoli.com with your order number, reason for return, and date of order receipt.
- Once you receive a return authorization number, pack up your order and send it back!
- Be sure to include all original packaging and tags, as well as the return authorization number we have provided, along with your with email address, order number, item(s) to be returned, and preferred refund method.
- Ensure that your return is securely packaged with all items and documentation, and protect your item(s) from external packaging materials.

Note: Winn’s is not responsible for return shipping costs, or items lost or damaged in transit. All returns will be reviewed once received, and your refund will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit (minus shipping cost) once approved within five (5) business days. Winn’s reserve the right to deny any returns or refunds for items that do not meet the quality standards outlined in our policies.
Exceptions:
- All full-priced items purchased with a promotional discount code can be returned for store credit only.
- All marked down items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Items that have visible signs of use or are not returned with original tags/packaging are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
- All vintage items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
Exchanges
While Winn’s does not currently offer online exchanges, we encourage you to place an order for your preferred item before stock runs out and initiate a return of the original item. Contact us at help@winnstivoli.com if you have any questions, we’re here to help!
