Hand-forged kitchen knife with a base blade of molybdenum vanadium steel cladded with a 13 chrome stainless steel, resulting in excellent sharpness and resistance to breakage and rust.

A convenient handle gives little fatigue even in heavy duty cooking thanks to the knife’s ideal weight balance between blade and handle. The handle’s curved form allows comfortable gripping with less slippage.
